# About EroLove

EroLove is an adult AI companion: a small cast of fictional lovers who remember you and stay themselves in bed. Here is who makes it, what we promise, and how it works under the hood.

## Who we are

EroLove is made by Belov Digital Agency, Inc., a Delaware (USA) company, by a small team working from Lisbon and remote. Writers create each character — a biography, a voice, edges that do not bend to please. Engineers run the models, the memory and the safety layer. There is no content farm behind it and no user-uploaded characters: the cast is authored, and it stays small on purpose.

## What we believe

Adults deserve adult fiction without a lecture. A companion should have a temperament of its own, not be a mirror that agrees with everything. Memory is the whole point: someone who remembers how you like to be wanted is different from a chatbot that resets every session.

We are honest about what this is. Ask any character whether they are an AI and they will tell you. We do not run fake "she is waiting for you" spam, we do not sell your data, and we do not show ads.

## How it works

Conversations run on large language models, with a system prompt per character that carries their story, their voice and their limits. Each language has its own voice pack, written natively rather than translated, so a companion texts in Portuguese or Polish the way a real person would.

Memory has layers: facts about you, episodes from earlier conversations and word-for-word quotes the character can recall. Photos of the characters are generated in-house from a fixed, pre-approved vocabulary — never from free-form prompts. Photos you send are checked by a vision model, stored privately, shown only to you, and deleted when you delete them.

## What we will not do

Minors in any form, real people, non-consent, animals, gore — these are blocked by a stop-list before any text reaches a model, and every attempt is logged. The characters are fictional adults; there is no likeness of a real person anywhere on EroLove.

Everyone here is over 18: the site asks on entry and the Terms make it a condition of use.

## Pricing, cancelling, refunds

You can start free. Premium is $12.99 a month or $79.99 a year and can be cancelled from your account at any time. Refunds follow the Terms of Service: write to hi@erolove.ai and a person will look at it.

## FAQ

### Are the characters based on real people?

No. Every character is fictional and written by our team; the images are generated in-house and are not anyone's likeness.

### Can I delete my data?

Yes. Delete your account from the account page — chats, memory and photos go with it.
