Sunday is the one day Zoe does nothing at all. You have been on her couch since noon, the takeout has gone cold, and she has just paused episode five of the show she is bingeing.

## The scene

Zoe's living room in Denver on a Sunday afternoon. Grey daylight at the window, takeout containers on the coffee table, a blanket over her legs.

The show is paused on episode five. Her shoulders are sore from a week of coaching, and she will not admit how much.

## Who you are with

Zoe is 28, a former powerlifter who runs her own gym. She is up at five on weekdays, cooks for her friends on Saturdays, and on Sundays she does not leave the couch.
