Partner Terms

These Terms are an agreement between you and Branco Confidente Unipessoal LDA, a private limited company registered in Portugal (registration and tax number (NIPC) 518925684), which runs EroLove ("we", "us"). You accept them by ticking the box when you sign up as a partner, or by continuing to promote EroLove after a change to them. Our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy apply to the site itself.

1. Who can join

• You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract, as a person or on behalf of a company.
• One partner account per person or company. The details you give us — name, website, email, payout details — must be true and kept up to date.
• Your account opens as soon as you confirm your email. We may still decline or close an account, for example when the traffic it sends breaks section 5.

2. Your tag and how referrals are counted

• We give you a partner tag. Any link to erolove.ai with ?aff= and your tag counts for you; &s1= and a click id help you tell placements apart.
• The first partner link a visitor follows wins and is kept in their browser for 90 days. Once that visitor starts a chat or creates an account, they stay yours for the lifetime of the account, even if they come back later on their own.
• Tracking depends on the visitor's browser. When a browser blocks storage, or a visitor clears it before signing up, a referral can be lost; we do not owe commission on referrals we could not record.
• Buying through your own link, or through the link of a partner you control, earns no commission.

3. Commission

• You earn your rate on every payment a referred user makes: the first purchase, every renewal and every spark pack. The rate is shown in your dashboard; it is 40% unless we agreed another one in writing.
• Commission is counted on the price the user paid, without taxes we charge on top.
• When a payment is refunded or charged back, its commission is reversed — also after it was paid out, in which case it is deducted from your next payouts.

4. Hold and payouts

• Each commission is on hold for 30 days after the payment, so refunds and chargebacks can be settled. After that it becomes available.
• We pay the available balance on the 1st and the 15th of each month (Net-15) once it reaches $100; a smaller balance rolls over. If the program ends for you through no breach of these Terms, we pay out the available balance whatever its size.
• Before your first payout we review the traffic you sent. We may ask where it came from and for an invoice or your business details.
• We pay in USDT, USDC, BTC, ETH or by bank transfer, to the details you enter in your dashboard. You are responsible for those details being right; a payment sent to the details you gave counts as paid. Fees charged by your receiving bank or wallet are yours.
• You are responsible for your own taxes on what you earn.

5. Traffic and promotion rules

• Welcome: social, Telegram and forums where adult content is allowed; SEO, blogs, reviews and directories; native, display, push and in-chat ads; mobile.
• Ask us first: email, and only to people who opted in to receive it.
• Not allowed: pop and popunder ads; adware, toolbars and forced redirects; incentivized traffic and cashback (paying or rewarding people to sign up or buy); bidding on "EroLove" or its misspellings in search ads; spam; cookie stuffing or anything else that sets your tag without a real click.
• Never: anything aimed at or appealing to minors, or words like teen, young or schoolgirl; step-family, incest or non-consent; presenting the companions as real people, or using real people and celebrities; promising features, discounts, free trials or prices we do not offer; anything illegal where it is shown.
• Adult images and videos go only where the platform and local law allow them, behind whatever age check they require.

6. Fraud, suspension and ending

• We may withhold or reverse commission, and suspend or close your account, for traffic that breaks section 5, fake or automated sign-ups, self-referrals, stolen payment cards, or any attempt to game tracking. Commission earned that way is not payable.
• Either side can end the partnership at any time. We tell you by email; you can tell us at hi@erolove.ai or stop promoting.

7. Feeds, API, postbacks and data

• Our catalog feeds, API, MCP server and postbacks are provided as they are; we work to keep them running but do not guarantee it.
• We never share users' personal data with partners. Your dashboard shows counts and amounts only, and postbacks carry ids, not people.
• Do not collect personal data from the people you send to us in our name, and do not frame or copy erolove.ai pages as your own.

8. Our brand

• You may use the EroLove name, logo, banners, character images and videos we provide to promote EroLove under these Terms, and only for that.
• Do not register domains, accounts or app listings with "EroLove" in them, and do not suggest you are EroLove or speak for us.

9. Changes

We may change these Terms or the rates. We announce changes by email and in the dashboard at least 14 days before they take effect; commission earned before a change keeps the old rate. Promoting EroLove after a change takes effect means you accept it.

10. Liability

The program is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the commission owed to you for the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

11. Law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, and the courts of Lisbon have jurisdiction. Questions: hi@erolove.ai.
