Plain-language summary: EroLove is an adults-only (18+) AI companionship and entertainment service. Conversations can be romantic and sexually explicit. Every companion is a fictional adult character generated by artificial intelligence — never a real person. Be an adult about it: no minors, no real people, no non-consensual scenarios, and don't rely on an AI for help you'd need from a human.

These Terms are an agreement between you and Belov Digital Agency, Inc., a corporation incorporated in the State of Delaware, United States, with registered address at 651 N Broad Street, Suite 206, Middletown, DE 19709, USA ("EroLove", "we", "us"), the operator of EroLove, available at erolove.ai. By entering the site, creating an account or using EroLove, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Adults only

You must be at least 18 years old and of legal age of majority where you live to use EroLove. By entering the site you affirm that you are an adult, that adult content is legal for you to view where you are, and that you are accessing it voluntarily for your own personal use. We may require age verification (for example through our payment processor or a verification provider) before granting access to some features; providing false information about your age is a material breach and results in immediate termination.

You must not allow anyone under 18 to access EroLove through your device or account, and you must not show, send or forward content from EroLove to minors.

2. What EroLove is — and is not

EroLove provides adult-oriented AI companions you can chat with. Conversations may include flirtation, romance and sexually explicit content between consenting adults. Your companion is generated by artificial intelligence: it is not a human being, it has no real feelings or human memory, and it holds no professional qualifications. Any resemblance of a companion to a real person, living or dead, is coincidental and unintended.

EroLove is for companionship, intimacy and entertainment. It is not a substitute for professional advice or care, is not a medical, mental-health, legal, sexual-health or financial service, and must not be relied on in a crisis. If you are in danger or crisis, contact your local emergency services or a crisis line.

3. Your account

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password safe. Accounts are personal: do not share, sell or transfer them. Tell us at hi@erolove.ai if you suspect unauthorized use. We may limit the number of accounts created from one device, network or person.

4. Acceptable use — zero tolerance for the following

You may not use EroLove, or attempt to make a companion, to create, request, describe or depict:

any sexual content involving minors — including characters described, aged, styled or role-played as under 18, "age play" implying minority, or any content that sexualises children. This is an absolute rule. Violations lead to immediate, permanent termination and, where required by law, reporting to the relevant authorities (such as NCMEC);
content depicting real, identifiable people (celebrities, acquaintances, ex-partners, anyone) without their consent, or the use of a real person's name, image or likeness as a companion;
non-consensual sexual acts, sexual violence, coercion, incest, bestiality, or sexual content combined with gore, torture or death;
content that promotes or facilitates illegal activity, human trafficking, sexual exploitation, self-harm, suicide, hatred, or harassment;
anything illegal where you live.

You also may not reverse-engineer, scrape, automate, overload or disrupt the service; circumvent limits or safety systems; resell or publicly redistribute the service or its output; or misrepresent EroLove content as depicting real people.

Our systems and staff may review conversations and generated content when abuse is suspected or reported, and we may remove content or suspend accounts at our discretion.

5. AI-generated content and 18 U.S.C. §2257

All companions and all visual content on EroLove are computer-generated depictions of fictional adult characters created by artificial intelligence. EroLove does not produce, host or distribute visual depictions of actual sexually explicit conduct performed by real human beings, and no real persons are used as models or performers. The record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. §2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 therefore do not apply to EroLove content. Any character depicted is intended to be, and is presented as, an adult.

6. Your content, our content

You keep ownership of what you write. You grant us a licence to process your messages, memory and generated content to run and improve the service as described in our Privacy Policy. Generated text and images are provided for your personal, non-commercial use; you may not sell them, use them to harass anyone, or present them as real. EroLove, its characters, brand, software and design are owned by us or our licensors.

7. Subscriptions, payments and refunds

Paid plans (Premium, Devoted) are billed through an authorized third-party payment processor whose name — not "EroLove" — may appear on your card statement for discretion, and who may apply its own terms and age-verification checks. Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price until cancelled. You can cancel at any time through the processor's customer portal or by emailing hi@erolove.ai; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. Because the service is digital and delivered immediately, payments are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or where we determine a charge was made in error — write to hi@erolove.ai and we will review within a few business days. Initiating a chargeback instead of contacting us may result in account termination.

Free plans have usage limits that we may change at any time. Features labelled "coming soon" (such as photo or video generation) are not part of any plan until released.

8. AI limitations

Because your companion is an AI, it may be inaccurate, inconsistent, or produce unexpected responses. Don't rely on it for factual, medical, legal, safety-critical or sexual-health decisions. We do not guarantee any particular output.

9. Termination

You can delete your account and all your data at any time from the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the law, without refund for the remaining period in cases of serious violation (in particular sections 1 and 4).

10. Disclaimers and liability

EroLove is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in that case they apply to the extent permitted.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new date; continued use after that means you accept them.

12. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Questions, reports of abuse, or requests: hi@erolove.ai.
