Plain-language summary: EroLove is an adults-only (18+) AI companionship and entertainment service. Conversations can be romantic and sexually explicit. Every companion is a fictional adult character generated by artificial intelligence — never a real person. Be an adult about it: no minors, no real people, no non-consensual scenarios, and don't rely on an AI for help you'd need from a human.

These Terms are an agreement between you and Branco Confidente Unipessoal LDA, a private limited company registered in Portugal (Conservatória do Registo Comercial de Lisboa, registration and tax number (NIPC) 518925684, share capital EUR 1,000) ("EroLove", "we", "us"), the operator of EroLove, available at erolove.ai. By entering the site, creating an account or using EroLove, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Adults only

You must be at least 18 years old and of legal age of majority where you live to use EroLove. By entering the site you affirm that you are an adult, that adult content is legal for you to view where you are, and that you are accessing it voluntarily for your own personal use. Where the law of your country requires a real age check (currently the United Kingdom), access requires one through an independent verification provider; we may also require age verification (for example through our payment processor) before granting access to some features; providing false information about your age is a material breach and results in immediate termination.

You must not allow anyone under 18 to access EroLove through your device or account, and you must not show, send or forward content from EroLove to minors.

2. What EroLove is — and is not

EroLove provides adult-oriented AI companions you can chat with. Conversations may include flirtation, romance and sexually explicit content between consenting adults. Your companion is generated by artificial intelligence: it is not a human being, it has no real feelings or human memory, and it holds no professional qualifications. Any resemblance of a companion to a real person, living or dead, is coincidental and unintended.

EroLove is for companionship, intimacy and entertainment. It is not a substitute for professional advice or care, is not a medical, mental-health, legal, sexual-health or financial service, and must not be relied on in a crisis. If you are in danger or crisis, contact your local emergency services or a crisis line.

3. Your account

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password safe. Accounts are personal: do not share, sell or transfer them. Tell us at hi@erolove.ai if you suspect unauthorized use. We may limit the number of accounts created from one device, network or person.

4. Acceptable use — zero tolerance for the following

You may not use EroLove, or attempt to make a companion, to create, request, describe or depict:

You also may not reverse-engineer, scrape, automate, overload or disrupt the service; circumvent limits or safety systems; resell or publicly redistribute the service or its output; or misrepresent EroLove content as depicting real people.

Our systems and staff may review conversations and generated content when abuse is suspected or reported, and we may remove content or suspend accounts at our discretion. To report content or abuse, use the report form (linked at the bottom of every page) or write to complaints@erolove.ai. Every report is reviewed and resolved within 5 business days, as set out in our Complaints and Content Removal Policy.

5. Human trafficking

EroLove does not condone human sex trafficking or any other form of human trafficking or sexual exploitation. EroLove must never be used to recruit, advertise, arrange or facilitate commercial sex or the exploitation of any person. All instances of suspected human trafficking will be reported to the proper authorities, and the accounts involved will be permanently terminated. If you suspect trafficking, tell us through the report form or at complaints@erolove.ai; if someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services.

6. Deepfakes, impersonation and illegal AI-generated content

The creation, upload, distribution or use of deepfake content, non-consensual impersonation, and any illegal or policy-violating AI-generated content is strictly prohibited on EroLove. Every companion on EroLove is a fictional adult created by our team; no companion is based on a real person. In particular, you may not:

We remove content that breaks these rules, permanently terminate the accounts involved and report illegal content to the competent authorities as the law requires. If you believe content depicts you or someone else without consent, use the report form: it is handled under our Complaints and Content Removal Policy.

7. AI-generated content and 18 U.S.C. §2257

All companions and all visual content on EroLove are computer-generated depictions of fictional adult characters created by artificial intelligence. EroLove does not produce, host or distribute visual depictions of actual sexually explicit conduct performed by real human beings, and no real persons are used as models or performers. The record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. §2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 therefore do not apply to EroLove content. Any character depicted is intended to be, and is presented as, an adult. 8. Your content, our content

You keep ownership of what you write. You grant us a licence to process your messages, memory and generated content to run and improve the service as described in our Privacy Policy. Generated text and images are provided for your personal, non-commercial use; you may not sell them, use them to harass anyone, or present them as real. EroLove, its characters, brand, software and design are owned by us or our licensors.

Images generated in your chats show our characters and are made by our service. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual and irrevocable licence to use, copy, edit, publish and display them: in our characters' showcases and feed, in listings of our characters on other sites, and to promote EroLove, without credit or payment to you. We never publish them with your name, your account or your messages. This licence continues after you delete the chat or your account. How we handle these images is set out in our Privacy Policy.

9. Subscriptions, payments and refunds

Paid plans (Premium, Devoted) are billed through an authorized third-party payment processor whose name — not "EroLove" — may appear on your card statement for discretion, and who may apply its own terms and age-verification checks. Subscriptions paid by card renew automatically at the then-current price until cancelled; plans paid with crypto do not renew by themselves. You can cancel at any time in your account (Account → Plan → Cancel subscription), through the processor's customer portal, or by emailing hi@erolove.ai; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. After a card payment, spark packs can be bought in one click: the charge goes to the card you last paid with, and only when you confirm that purchase. You can remove the saved card at any time in Account → Plan. Because the service is digital and delivered immediately, payments are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or where we determine a charge was made in error — write to hi@erolove.ai and we will review within a few business days. Initiating a chargeback instead of contacting us may result in account termination.

Free plans have usage limits that we may change at any time. "Unlimited messages" on paid plans means unlimited for one person's normal use: to stop automated, scripted or abusive traffic there is a technical ceiling of 800 messages a day, far above what anyone types by hand. Features labelled "coming soon" (such as video generation or calls) are not part of any plan until released.

Sparks are an in-service currency for generated media such as photos, video, voice messages and calls. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged for money, and are spent at the prices shown on the pricing page. The sparks that come with a plan renew at the start of each billing period and do not carry over; sparks bought in packs do not expire while your account exists. Packs are one-off purchases with no subscription and no auto-renewal, and the first-purchase pack is available once per account. If a generation fails, its sparks are returned automatically. Deleting your account deletes its sparks.

10. AI limitations

Because your companion is an AI, it may be inaccurate, inconsistent, or produce unexpected responses. Don't rely on it for factual, medical, legal, safety-critical or sexual-health decisions. We do not guarantee any particular output.

11. Termination

You can delete your account and all your data at any time from the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the law, without refund for the remaining period in cases of serious violation (in particular sections 1, 4, 5 and 6).

12. Disclaimers and liability

EroLove is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in that case they apply to the extent permitted.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new date; continued use after that means you accept them.

14. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in its courts. Consumers can file a complaint in the electronic complaints book (Livro de Reclamações) and refer a dispute to an alternative dispute resolution entity: CNIACC – Centro Nacional de Informação e Arbitragem de Conflitos de Consumo (www.cniacc.pt).
