Privacy Policy

In short: we collect what's needed to run EroLove and to let your companion remember you. Your conversations are private and intimate — we treat them as sensitive data, never sell them, never use them for advertising, and you can delete everything at any time.

This policy explains how Belov Digital Agency, Inc. (a Delaware corporation, USA; 651 N Broad Street, Suite 206, Middletown, DE 19709) ("EroLove", "we"), operator of erolove.ai, handles your personal data. For users in the EU/EEA and UK we act as the data controller under the GDPR.

What we collect

Account: your email and a password (stored only as a secure hash), or your Google account identifier and email if you sign in with Google. You can also use EroLove as a guest — a guest account has no email until you choose to save it.
Profile: the name you give, and optionally your gender (used so your companion addresses you correctly) and your preferred languages.
Conversations & memory: the messages you exchange with your companion and the memory built from them (facts, moments, summarised "memories"). These may reveal intimate details such as your sexual preferences or orientation. You can view, correct, pin, delete and export all of it on the Our story screen in the app.
Generated content: images your companion creates for you are stored so they stay in your chat. They are private to your account.
Age confirmation: your confirmation that you are 18+, and — if age verification is required by us or our payment processor — the result of that verification (we do not store identity documents ourselves).
Billing: for paid plans, your plan, dates and transaction references from our payment processor. We never see or store your card number.
Push notifications: if you enable them, your browser's push subscription, so your companion can reach out first. You can disable this in your browser at any time.
Usage & technical: basic logs (IP address, timestamps, pages visited) needed to run, secure and improve the service, and aggregated analytics if you accept cookies.

Sensitive data and your consent

Because EroLove is an adult service, the content of your conversations can constitute special-category data (data concerning sex life or sexual orientation). We process it only to provide the service you ask for, on the basis of your explicit consent given when you enter the site and create a conversation. You can withdraw that consent at any time by deleting your conversations or your account. We do not use this data for advertising, profiling for marketing, or any purpose other than running EroLove, keeping it safe and complying with the law.

How we use your data

To provide the service — generating replies and letting your companion remember you.
To personalise your experience (name, language, gender preferences).
To handle billing for paid plans and prevent fraud.
To keep the service safe: preventing abuse, enforcing our Terms (including zero tolerance for content sexualising minors), and complying with legal obligations.
To send service emails (password reset, occasional companion check-ins you can opt out of with one click). We do not send marketing email without your consent.

AI processing

To generate your companion's replies and images, the relevant content of your conversation is sent to third-party AI model providers (currently routed through OpenRouter for text; image and voice providers may be added as those features launch). We share only what is needed to produce a reply, we do not send your email or identity, and we choose providers under data-processing terms that prohibit using your content to train their models where such terms are available. The current providers are listed in our documentation and may change.

Who we share with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run EroLove, under contracts that protect it: our AI model providers, hosting and storage (Amazon Web Services, Cloudflare), email delivery, and our payment processor for paid plans (named at checkout and on your card statement; the processor is an independent controller for your payment data and may perform its own age and fraud checks). We may disclose data when required by law, to protect users or the public, or to report child sexual abuse material to the authorities.

Where your data is processed

EroLove is hosted in the United States, with content delivery and security by Cloudflare. Some providers process data outside the EU/EEA; where that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and conversation data while your account is active. Guest accounts that are never saved are deleted after a period of inactivity. When you delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except limited records we must keep for billing, tax, fraud-prevention or legal reasons. Backups are encrypted and expire on a rolling basis.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR and US state privacy laws), you can access, correct, delete or export your data, object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent. To exercise any right, use the Our story screen in the app (view, correct, export, delete — including full account deletion) or email hi@erolove.ai. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Cookies and local storage

We use your browser's local storage to keep you signed in, remember your language, and remember that you confirmed you are an adult. Google Analytics runs only after you accept it in the cookie banner; declining keeps it fully off. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

Security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS, stored on access-restricted servers, passwords are hashed, and generated content is kept in private storage that is never publicly listable. No system is perfectly secure; tell us at hi@erolove.ai if you notice a problem.

Children

EroLove is strictly for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has used EroLove, contact us and we will remove the data and the account.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted here with a new date.
