Privacy Policy

In short: we collect what's needed to run EroLove and to let your companion remember you. Your conversations are private and intimate — we treat them as sensitive data, never sell them, never use them for advertising, and you can delete everything at any time.

This policy explains how Branco Confidente Unipessoal LDA (a company registered in Portugal, NIPC 518925684) ("EroLove", "we"), operator of erolove.ai, handles your personal data. We are the data controller under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What we collect

Account: your email and a password (stored only as a secure hash), or your Google account identifier and email if you sign in with Google. You can also use EroLove as a guest — a guest account has no email until you choose to save it.
Profile: the name you give, and optionally your gender (used so your companion addresses you correctly) and your preferred languages.
Conversations & memory: the messages you exchange with your companion and the memory built from them (facts, moments, summarised "memories"). These may reveal intimate details such as your sexual preferences or orientation. You can view, correct, pin, delete and export all of it on the Our story screen in the app.
Photos you sent earlier: sending your own photos to a companion is no longer available. Photos sent before were checked by an AI vision model (a third-party processor) for anyone who may be under 18 and for other prohibited content before we stored them. They are kept privately for your chat, shown only to you, and deleted when you delete them or your account.
Generated content: images your companion creates for you are stored so they stay in your chat. In your chat only you see them. We may publish some of them without any link to you, as described in Images we publish.
Age confirmation: your confirmation that you are 18+, recorded with its time and your country (not your IP address), and — where the law of your country requires a real age check (currently the United Kingdom) or our payment processor asks for one — the result of that check: passed or not. We never receive a selfie or an identity document.
Billing: for paid plans, your plan, dates and transaction references from our payment processor. We never see or store your card number.
Push notifications: if you enable them, your browser's push subscription, so your companion can reach out first. You can disable this in your browser at any time.
Usage & technical: basic logs (IP address, timestamps, pages visited) needed to run, secure and improve the service, and aggregated analytics if you accept cookies.
Our own usage statistics: to see which pages and features help people and where the site gets in their way, we record what happens on EroLove — pages viewed, buttons tapped, chats started, messages sent (the fact, never their text), plans bought — under a random identifier kept in your browser. It is linked to your account once you have one. We do not record your IP address with it, we never share it or use it for advertising, and we keep it for 13 months. You can turn it off in a browser by opening any page with ?analytics=off at the end of its address (for example erolove.ai/?analytics=off).

Sensitive data and your consent

Because EroLove is an adult service, the content of your conversations can constitute special-category data (data concerning sex life or sexual orientation). We process it only to provide the service you ask for, on the basis of your explicit consent given when you enter the site and create a conversation. You can withdraw that consent at any time by deleting your conversations or your account. We do not use this data for advertising, profiling for marketing, or any purpose other than running EroLove, keeping it safe and complying with the law.

How we use your data

To provide the service — generating replies and letting your companion remember you.
To personalise your experience (name, language, gender preferences).
To handle billing for paid plans and prevent fraud.
To keep the service safe: preventing abuse, enforcing our Terms (including zero tolerance for content sexualising minors), and complying with legal obligations.
To send service emails (password reset, occasional companion check-ins you can opt out of with one click). We do not send marketing email without your consent.

Images we publish

Images generated in chats show our own fictional characters. Our team may choose some of them and publish them: in the character's showcase and in the feed on EroLove, in listings of our characters on other sites, and in materials that promote EroLove. Our team chooses each image and writes its caption.

A published image is never linked to you. We do not publish your name, your email, your account, your messages or anything else from your conversation, and nothing that is published says who the image was made for. A published copy belongs to the character, not to your account. It is not included in your data export, and it stays published when you delete the chat or your account. If you believe a published image is unlawful or shows a real person, tell us through the report form.

AI processing

To generate your companion's replies, images and — when you play them — voice messages, the relevant content of your conversation is sent to third-party AI model providers that act as our processors. We share only what is needed to produce a reply, we do not send your email or identity, and we choose providers under data-processing terms that prohibit using your content to train their models where such terms are available. You can ask us for the list of our current providers at hi@erolove.ai.

Who we share with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run EroLove, under contracts that protect it: our AI model providers, hosting and storage (Amazon Web Services, Cloudflare), email delivery, the age-verification provider AgeVerif (PlanetSeason, Lda, Portugal) when your country requires a real age check — it runs the check and tells us only whether you passed — and our payment processor for paid plans (named at checkout and on your card statement; the processor is an independent controller for your payment data and may perform its own age and fraud checks). We may disclose data when required by law, to protect users or the public, or to report child sexual abuse material to the authorities.

Where your data is processed

EroLove is hosted in the United States, with content delivery and security by Cloudflare. Some providers process data outside the EU/EEA; where that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and conversation data while your account is active. Guest accounts that are never saved are deleted after a period of inactivity. When you delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except limited records we must keep for billing, tax, fraud-prevention or legal reasons. Backups are encrypted at rest and deleted on a rolling basis within 30 days.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR and US state privacy laws), you can access, correct, delete or export your data, object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent. To exercise any right, use the Our story screen in the app (view, correct, export, delete — including full account deletion) or email hi@erolove.ai. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority — in Portugal the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD, www.cnpd.pt), or the authority where you live.

Cookies and local storage

When you confirm your age (or pass an age check), we set one essential cookie so the site shows its photos and videos without asking again; it holds only that confirmation and its date. We use your browser's local storage to keep you signed in, remember your language and hold the random identifier of our own usage statistics (see above; it is never sent to anyone else). Google Analytics runs only after you accept it in the cookie banner; declining keeps it fully off. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

Security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS, stored on access-restricted servers, passwords are hashed, and the generated content in your chats is kept in private storage that is never publicly listable; only the images we choose to publish, as described in Images we publish, become public. No system is perfectly secure; tell us at hi@erolove.ai if you notice a problem.

Children

EroLove is strictly for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has used EroLove, contact us and we will remove the data and the account.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted here with a new date.
