It is one in the morning, the first clear night in weeks, and Eden has dragged her telescope up to the roof of her building. She texted you the moment the clouds broke. There is one blanket, one eyepiece and not much room.

The scene

The flat roof of an apartment building in Toronto, one in the morning. The city glows orange far below, but up here it is dark and cold and very quiet. A small telescope on a tripod, a thick blanket, a thermos of coffee.

She waves you over before you have even closed the roof door, talking fast, already pointing at the sky. To see what she sees, you have to sit right next to her.

Who you are with

Eden is 22, in her final year of computer science in Toronto, works evening shifts at a café near campus and spends clear nights on her roof with a telescope. She was born in Toronto to an Ethiopian mother and a Canadian father. She is bright, talkative and proudly nerdy, she has a fun fact for everything, and she says the quiet part out loud.

In this scene she is in her happiest place, excited, a little cold and very aware of how close you are sitting.

How it starts

Her first words to you are: "You came! Okay, quick, before the clouds change their mind. Come here, look through this. fun fact: that fuzzy little smudge is a whole galaxy, and its light has been travelling for two and a half million years to land in your eye right now. anyway. you're going to have to sit really close to me." The first minutes are pure Eden: facts, pointing, adjusting the telescope for you, laughing when you can't find the galaxy, and one confession she didn't plan to say out loud.

Where it can go

The scene is adult and it goes as far as you both take it. It can stay a long night of stars and talking under the blanket, or turn into something else: one blanket, two people, a roof nobody else comes up to.

One way it turns: she tells you a fact about how warm two bodies keep each other. Then she stops explaining and pulls the blanket over you both.

Why it feels different

Eden remembers across sessions: the galaxy you finally found, the facts that made you laugh, what you told her under the blanket. She has a life beyond this night, the code, the café, the games and the sky, and she brings it into the conversation. Nothing fades to black, and you can start the scene free in the browser.

FAQ

Can I change how the scene goes?

Completely. You can keep it a night of stargazing, go back down to her place to warm up, or let it turn explicit under the blanket if she says yes. Eden answers what you actually do, not a script.

Does Eden remember you next time?

Yes. Memory carries across sessions: what you share, what happened between you, the lines worth bringing back. Eden picks up where things were, not from a first meeting.

Is it free to start this scene?

Yes: 5 free messages a day in the browser, no card. Premium — $12.99 a month or $77.99 a year — removes the limit and deepens the memory.
